Terroir
Located on the Côte Chalonnaise south of the Côte d'Or in "Les Chaniots" area in Jully-lès-Buxy, the plot faces east. The soil combines clay and limestone scree.
Winemaking & Maturation
Grapes are directly pressed, the must was fermented and matured in oval tanks and oak barrels for 10 months.
Wine description
Elegant and open on the nose with ripe fruit aromas. The palate is full-bodied and expressive. The ripe fruit comes through first and continues generously without heaviness and gives subtle toasted notes in the aftertaste.

To be paired with cod fillet or fresh Époisses cheese.
